Every once in a while when I start my 94 civic hatch with a b16 with a chipped p28 in it, my cel will come on, but that's not the weird part. With the cel on, car off but in run, I jump the connector and it immediately shuts the cel off. Pull the jumper out and the light comes back. My cel had also come on after long highway drives when it comes to idle, and also every once in a while when I'm just cruising down the road. All of my fuses check out, both underhood and under dash. I'm a certified mechanic with a degree in this field, believe me I've checked the obvious and used the "search" feature. Recap: cel on, can't pull a code, even if I create a cel (unplugged iat

 

) and still can not get a code to flash. Jump the connector with the cel on and the light goes out, pull the jumper off and light comes back. Any advise is greatly appreciated
