Default What is the difference between a $11 ICM and a $100 ICM (other than price)

It has been suggested that I should replace my ignitor (ICM) the OEM part lists for $125 but sells for about $90. There are several aftermarket ones available anywhere from $11 to $75. Is there any reason not to buy the $11 part? If not the $11 part which price point is acceptable. Perhaps a particular brand to look for or avoid?

Usually lacks quality and will break down sooner. Don't know any specifics, but that's generally how it is when you compare OEM Honda parts with Autozone parts. I replaced my ICM with an OEM junkyard part a while ago and never had another issue
