this is a 3" downpipe custom made for me by kooks. it bolts right up to a 3" thermal, has a 3" cat and bungs for the O2 sensors. it starts off 2 1/2" piping but quicly flares to 3" ...i noticed a nice increase in spool-up time and power after this mod. i think i paid aroudn $325 for it...IM me if you want to make me an offer.

$325 for a good quality downpipe is not very high. Rember you get what you pay for. Kooks does very nice work and is high quality stuff.

 

can i get more information about kooks? i would like to upgrade my greddy downpipe but i want to keep my a/c, do they fabricate 2.5'' downpipes?

the downpipe i am selling allows you to keep a/c. it attaches right to the greddy dump tube. it starts off at 2.5" and then flares to 3". nad like i said it will bolt right up to a 3" thermal exhaust...or i am sure would be fairly easy to modify...

 

if i wanted to do a 3' mandrel bent piping with a apexi N1 turbo muffler, how much modificaton would be needed?

 

For a custom downpipe that is quality, 325.00 is a damn good price. I paid 400.00 for my max-rev 3" downpipe. I can easily make the downpipe myself, but my welds and materials that would be used are not on par with theirs.
