Coilover for 90 CRX advise
hey guys i need help getting a complete adjustable ride height coil over kit! but i only have 500$ i want to lower the front 2 inches and rear 2 and a half! any advise on what exact coil over kit i can look up that will be at 500 or less and ride STIFF its going on a 1990 CRX non SI
I was considering Skunk 2 coilovers or Ground Control sleeves with KYB struts for my 89 hatchback. Now I am stuck on wanting Koni Yellows. You're most likely going to have to pay more than $500 though. You get what you pay for when it comes to suspension. If you buy some cheaply made brand it will not last nearly as long.
Lol, don't listen to jon. Clearly, he is a NOOB on this.. Get it?... No?.. Okay..
But seriously, if you use coils with oem shocks, they will eventually blow. It's possible you can find a koni/ground control kit on craigslist or something for around $500, but it's likely you WILL have to spend more than 500. You don't want to cheap out on suspension parts.

Progress CSII coilovers are $500-$600 shipped, new, and offer spring rates up to 450/500 I believe. That's always been my suspension on a budget suggestion since I bought them myself.
