need help on this welder
looking to but this welder thing is i dont have 3 phase power but i think it can run on single phase does anyone have or can tell me if it can run on single phase its a thermal arc 400ts arc master http://victortechnologies.com/IM_Upl...1_300X4860.pdf
if some one can read this pdf on the manual im not sure if it can run 3 phase and single phase
