Default 2009 honda civic si turns over but won't run.

I have a 09 civic si sedan it was turbod and the computer I'm assuming had hondata . I put everything back stock pretty much Except header back exhaust and what not . Now the car turns over just won't start. Any ideas? Would the ECu cause this? I am missing the o2 sensor now due to the aftermarket exhaust but could it be something simple as that or a something not being hooked up underneath the hood due to it being a theft recovery and they've been building it back stock and fabricating things from where it had turbo parts to now it's stock the shop might have overlooked something?? Really need help and opinions please!!!
