H22A sleeve question
Some of you might say I should read thru other threads but I didn't really find my answer.
I am on a tight budget and I have this h22a I picked up I've have it fir about a month now and I haven't out any work in it other than painted the dirty and paint chipped valve cover. I want to boost it I've been reading a lot of books about how turbos workand I read that stock h22a wont handle more than 8psi. So my quetion I really want darton pro sleeve kit because I want to run 14psi but I don't have that type of money so would the darton mid dry sleeves handle that much power? Oh and btw it's going into my 94 accord. Thanks in advance.

What is the Darton Pro sleeve kit? I don't see it listed for the Honda engines.
To answer your question, Yes the Darton MID sleeves can very easily handle a few whp/psi when installed properly, and on a proper tune. Just remember that they can be between $600-$700 plus installation, another $400-$500 depending where you take them.
You need to read up more on boosting if your only relationship to power is based on boost pressure or psi. 8psi can be 200whp or it would be 400whp..depending on the size of the turbo. Darton Mid sleeves can handle high boost and high Hp.
If you are on a budget maybe you should be looking into the Darton dry sleeves, aka press in liners. http://www.darton-international.com/sl_import.html
