1999 CR-V power locks
I have a 99 CR-V with 232k on it. I have noticed the 2 years that I have had it that when it is cold/cool out the power locks work just fine, but as soon as it gets hot out the power locks won't work and you have to use a key. Does this me the actuators are malfunctioning when it is hot out? or is it something else?
You should have posted this in the CRV section for better response...
Anyways, the first gen's are notorious for wires breaking off the pins on the driver's side door. They are also notorious for door lock actuators failing. Pull off the door panel and make sure everything is lubed properly and watch the actuator shift. If it isn't moving full travel then replace it (assuming your wiring checks out).

If none of the locks work, it is unlikely an actuator problem and more likely, as mentioned, a connection problem.
Because it effects all locks, I would start with the Power Door Lock Control Unit. 94
