I have a 92 prelude, the transmission takes a long time to shift from first to second, and it's very slow until it finally shifts, I changed the fluid and there was no metal in it, it was just dirty, I cleaned both solenoids, still the same problem, it will shift fine sometimes, but I feel it is too dangerous to drive... what am I missing?

 

to clarify, is this an Automatic ?
