is there anyone that knows what years can you interchange parts with on a 87 honda accord 5spd. i tried looking but have found no luck

 

Third generation 85-89 Accord, and third gen 88-91 Prelude are pretty closely related.
But the parts differences may be extensive. There were carbureted and PGM-FI systems available along with different engines from the A/B family.

 

Mike- 3rd gen's Accords (in the US) are 86-89. Then there were some "mid-gen" changes that went on.

OP- What kind of parts are you trying to track down? You give no detail of what you need/want.

 

I also have an '87 LX-i that I want some info on too, I'm looking for possible engine swaps that can handle a turbo and also going from a 5-speed to a 6-speed. Oh by the way I am new as new can be to the import world so all help is appreciated.
