I have a 2002 accord se with 175,000. Its sliping pretty bad between 1st and 2nd the rest of the gears seem to be shifting fine, also no check engine lights but when hooked up to the scanner its throwing a transmission range sensor error, is this something I can change and make the slip to stop, or is that error code not related to my issue, I know accords are notorious for bad trannys

Okay ill do that, hopefully it will take away that slip from 1st to 2nd, my d4
Light isn't blinking so that's a good sign, I really dont want to have to get a new tranny, now when I picked the car up I immediately changed the transmission fluid and replace with honda atf, and noticed a grayish sludge come out after all the fluid drained, is there anyway to get a full flush to get all of that out or just multiple fluid changes

Use a cleaning solvent like Trans Tune, do not use a stop leak, this will help break down the varnish and goo. Only way to remove the fluid is to drain the pan. Do not power flush.
