Default torques for random stuff while doing a head gasket?

Are there set torques for things like downpipe to exhaust manifold nuts, for mani to head nuts, AC and PS bracket bolts, mount nuts. Etc?

Or is it just good and tight? I have a 1 ft breaker bar, should I snug them with that? Or just tighten them with my 1/2 inch drive ratchet until I think they're tight?

I just don't want them to back out. I've had that on another honda and it made a pretty nice bump/clunk when the bolt bounced off the bottom of the car and the road.
