Default Horn Wiring for 1990 Civic Hatchback

I replaced my stock steering wheel on my 1990 Civic Hatchback base model with a momo hub and steering wheel. No issue with installation besides the horn. I took off my stock steering wheel, it had no wires connected to the horn at all. Im confused about how this open circuit works. I have a red wire connected to the hub which is connected to a plate on the back of the hub that is in contact with this copper piece coming off the combinational switch (signal and wiper). The horn has 2 terminals, I know one is positive and one is ground but no idea how to connect the circuit ?

Thanks for the help...much appreciated...unfortunately the EF hatch has been put to rest and I'm on to a new daily driver.
