^Those are all awful.
Tein street advance or Koni/GC if you're not planning on going too low.
Buddy Club N+ if you really want to go low.

Get Koni/GC; don't buy into the "full" coil over hype. They all do the same thing and many of the budget "full" coil covers do not do it very well.
Judging from your similarly priced choices I'm going to go out on a limb and assume two things. 1-your budget is about $600 and 2-you're stuck on "full" coilovers.
Koni/GC if you want to try and save up a bit more or Progress CS2. Otherwise, close your eyes and pick one of your original choices because they all are **** to anyone that knows what good suspension is..

Progress is almost definitely the best for the price. However I suggest you wait however long it takes to save another $200 and buy Koni/GC

OP seems smart.
Get one of the kits you listed bud. Till you get out of welding school. Because you NEED coilovers NOW!!

Function/form T1's are the best "budget" coilover mind you the also go the lowest of any current full-body out there thus I'm rocking them.
i know everything? funny. i know what im looking at is far from the best but its what i can afford. i need new suspension anyways.

And I gave you a solid alternative WELL within your price range made by a company that has a reputation for making suspension components. So please tell me how I was not helping?
Because of the hype bro! Kids these days dont invest the time to actually do research =P
