Default does anyone have designs for custom skid plate on an EG coupe?

I need it for off road racing w/ trucks and bikes and crap. I dont care so much about the body but my engine needs some shields.

I would like it to be able to protect the oil pan and well basically as much of the engine compartment thats reasonable. I haven't gotten under the car to make measurements and **** and check how much space there is between the oil pan and the bottom of the frame or where the axles need space but I was thinking
"someone has gotta have done this before, maybe there are usable pictures and even written out designs"

I dont really know which thickness metal I should use but I was thinking that having it bolt in would be nice or at least put big *** section under the oil pan that I can unbolt lol.

Yes they have. If you searched before you posted you would have known this. Lemme know if you seem to can't find anything.

^Did you actually read that thread before posting it? Worst skid plate idea ever.

OP, there are no plans for this. You will have to get under the car and figure out attachment points.

I would suggest a minimum of 1/8 cold rolled steel for this, braced with 6" triangles if possible.

OMG how i loved that thread. soo much epic

OP, should be pretty simple with a tape measure to figure out rough dimensions to have a steel shop bend it up the proper way. then offer it up, trim the excess, and secure it with some heavy duty tabs to the crossmembers
