Hello all Honda Techs.
I have an '04 Civix EX Sedan.
CEL blinking video - OBD2 connector pins 4 and 9 connected
Can someone tell me what CEL/MIL code this is (as shown in the video) and what it means? Can't tell if it's an 09 or a 90 . . . or something else? I'm hoping it's my IACV because that would be an easy fix. No issues, but the idle may be a bit rougher than usual, although that's probably my imagination after reading about symptoms of a dirty IACV . . .
