Where does the other end of the hose run to? My intake mani? Or somewhere else?

you should have a catch can set up with that set up...considering the victor x is strictly a turbo manifold does it even have a pcv hole?. other wise yes it would/should go to the intake mani.

 

The pcv is placed on the b18a1 on the IM near the injectors. The top part of the valve (the part you can see), connects to a tube that runs into the IM again. IT is connected to the top of a black box bolted to the back of the block called the breather.
