Default 94 Accord Exhaust leak or clogged cat?

I have a 94 accord it stopped running good while driving and at idle was surging RPMs I replaced o2 sensor and still it wasn't running good. Still throwing o2 code. Well then further investigations I found oil in the spark plug boot. Not hood I assume this is why it sounded like a vw bug. So I replaced valve cover gasket, plugs and wires. It runs great now but it sounds weird hard to describe. It feels like the power is being restricted. I am wondering if the problem I had led to other problems like clogging up something else. I am a chick and am learning as I go. Any thoughts appreciated! If I could figure out how to post a picture I would.

so it is still throwing a 02 code? since you changed the o2 sensor did you clear the code?
oil in the spark plug wells not a huge deal and wouldn't really cause drivability problems unless your spark plug wires were deteriorating.
is your 94 accord vtec or non?

to test for a clogged exhaust you pull the oxygen sensor and see if it runs better

It's a Vtec 2.2L the F22B1. Yes it's still throwing the o2 code. I haven't unplugged the new o2 yet to see if it makes a difference. I don't see how it would though? The exhaust still has to go through the cat. It only has one o2 its pre cat not in the manifold. ?

pull the oxygen sensor = remove oxygen sensor so that the exhaust gases will escape
