Hey guys, I tried to search for this before I posted on here and did not find much info. My question is are k series valve spring retainers the same as b series? I have a B18C1 and have a set of k20a2 supertech retainers and wanted to use them in my GSR. I was told that they are the same but I am skeptical. I figured this would be the best place to ask. Thanks

 

They are not the same but people use OEM K series retainers in B series builds all the time. Not sure about aftermarket K series. You could try asking Supertech.

It looks like supertech retainers are compatible for B/H/K engines. So you are probably OK.
