i have a b16a1 crx

my spark cable resistance are:

6.5k
9.3k
10.3k
11.9k

are they good ?

Google would have found you this result within seconds:

NGK Spark Plug Wires Set for all B-Series VTEC engines are built to meet stringent OEM tolerances for a variety of import vehicles. NGK wires have a lower resistance than conventional carbon core wires (8k ohm/meter vs. 16k ohm/meter).
If they are NGK, its 8k ohm/meter. If they are something else, it could be as high as 16k ohm/meter. I doubt you cables are a meter long, so you'll have to do some math. A meter is approx. 3 feet. I think your cables are within spec though. When the resistance gets too high you have problems.
