I own a 01 4cyl accord which the bolt pattern/s are 4x114.3 and I want to do a 5 lug conversion and was wondering if I could get the parts I need from a V-6 accord since they are 5x114.3 and just swich the drums and stuff anyways let me know.....

You might as well convert the brakes also, the V6/Wagon has better calipers.
