Where can I find one of these pieces that connect the damper to the window, or what are they called? thanks

 

Majestic honda or your local honda dealer. My local dealership had them in stock. Part number is somewhere in my build thread but I'm not searching for it.

 

here ya go left to right the three pieces of hardware
threaded nut: 90101-SR3-000 <<<<< this is the piece circled in your photo
the seal: 90105-SR3-000
the locking spacer: 90106-SR3-000

the threaded nut and seal go on the outside of the glass if i remember correctly and the spacer inside be careful very easy to cross thread the nut. you will need two of each piece. If memory serves correct it cost me 30$ or so.
