where can I buy ecu components
Not flash chips or capacitors or resistors/diodes those are easy to find.
Im talking about RM5 Rm4.... qm1...
all those weird components (semiconductors and whatnot)

Those are proprietary components, so they can't be purchased new. The only way to get them is from another ECU. But luckily most OBD1 ECUs have interchangeable parts, so if you're skilled with desoldering, the junk yard is your friend

yea im capable of that i switched some components over from another ecu but p72 has that extra semiconductor or array not sure what it is near rm5 so yea.. and junkyards here like to remove ecus and sell them at highest value
