How are you driving the vehicle? Are you launching the car often? All the H-series Prelude axles are the same length, so I don't think that is your issue. You mentioned you raised the car up and were still having problems, so I don't think ride height is your issue either. The aftermarket axles aren't as strong as the factory OEM, but shouldn't be going out like they are... It sounds like you the issue is how the car is being driven, in which case it might be time to upgrade to a set of DSS (DriveShaft Shop) axles, as mentioned.

I was told the axles would be the same for the euro tranny and the shaft is from a h23 motor is there a difference between. The h23 and h23?
Have you tested that your LSD is not jamming/locking up when you turn?
Have you checked that your 'traction bars' are not doing anything undesireable.
When the axles started breaking, what was the last modification that was done to the car? Or has everything been fine and now the axles are just breaking?

I hate to say this, but the axles you are buying might be Accord axles, as some were the same length etc as the Prelude axles, but not as large of CV joints.
My bit of advice, is either buy new Honda axles, or go find a good set of used axles from a Prelude. Maybe even just grab both axles and a mid shaft from the same car.
I use old junkyard axles on my car, plenty of hard launches, including launching with slicks on spray, and have never broken an axle.
I guess that could be a question for you, how are they breaking? Under power, launching, just street driving? The height should only matter if the car is SUPER low, and the axles are way out of alignment, but yet again, my car has been rather low and had no issues.
Just for info, my setup is:
Original Si manual trans car
Jdm h22 (block at least)
JDM LSD trans
Innovative traction bar
filled stock mounts
stock ball joints, etc.
Currently ~2" lower than stock, has been 2" lower than it is now, couldn't drive it anywhere usefully.

I think Mad Mike has it right. I'm no expert on these smaller cars, but I have seen 1 ton dully Fords snap rear axles when the Limited Slip differential turns into a Locked in Posi.
You DONT need to buy DSS with the small amount of modifications you running. Remember our axles have a wider thickness then other axles.
You need to verify 3 things
-LSD and Transmission are not locking up in a specific gear or even shifting.
-Verify that you have the correct axles and midshaft that you purchased them. (When going to autozone make sure your getting the prelude si axles and it has either 2.2 or 2.3
-make sure that there is no binding when you are spinning your tires. Check your suspension isn't loose.
I had 93sivtec making 275hp on stock autozone axles. Only broke one axle in 4 years of racing, because I never preloaded correctly. No traction bar just innovative mounts and stock front mount with energy bushing insert.
