Hell everyone I have a 90 civic hatchback with a 95 d15z1 and in the mornings I put the key in and crank it and it takes like 6-8 seconds to start up then once it's starts I put it in 1st gear an push the gas and it wants to die unless i rev te engine but after that it runs normal..any ideas?maybe cause I don't wait 2 seconds for the fuel pump to prime before I crank it?thatk you in advance

 

Have you tried to "wait the 2 seconds"? And what happens if you do?
