Water leaks when it rains, it rains from the mirror inside... I circled where it leaks (this is just an example not my actual car)

The water drips around the shift... It hasn't done any damage it's just concerning me that the water will get down inside and ruin something.

 

It'll either be the windshield gasket or the moonroof gasket. To really find out you need to remove the headliner and have someone hit it with a water hose while you look for the leak.
