Super rare Volk Ce28n in Original Mag blue finish and specs(not powdercoated)

Used, in great condition. No bends, cracks, or curb rashes. Just minor wear from daily driving.
Valve stems not included
**White tiny spots you see on the wheels are just dust and dirt, will wipe right off!
I believe there only 3 sets made ever in this specific finish and offsets.
