Are Civic and Integra Body Parts interchangeable?

Are Civic and Integra Body Parts interchangeable?
Sorry if this questions seems dumb, but....
Regardless of how dumb it may look, would the same gen fenders, bumpers, hoods, etc. be interchangeable between the two models? If so, I'm thinking the whole front end would need to be from one or the other.
Just a thought as I start planning out body work for my project....
