Hi guys!

Did you know that there is a chat channel on EFNet for Honda? I'd really like to see you guys there, with all your knowlegde and interest. Yes - I know there are lamers on IRC, and Yes - I know its a piece of **** - But it is a good and fast way to comunicate..

PS: This is NOT my chan, and I am NOT responsible for maintaining it. It is just an idea, NOT a poor attempt to promote the chan in any way.

The tech stuff:

On the EFNet IRC Network, join the #honda chat channel.

Oh - you guys wouldn't want to exchange Microsoft Messenger addrs, would you?

 

I wonder if its still as lame as it was a few years ago when i was on IRC

I suggested a #honda-tech channel on either efnet or dalnet.. I guess IRC is too technical for all these computer-stupid people on here

 

I'd love to irc all day to add to my list of thinngs that keep me from doing work
but unfortunately i cant irc to port 80

 

ahh but a java applet works wonders my friend. #honda and #acura so sucked ***, even compared to #cars back in the day. #rx7 and #mr2 is where I ran bots (and in #cars at times), my #rx7 bot (Eccentric) used to have a !honda script that'd kick the person with anti-honda slogans the good old days

I stopped using IRC a long time ago because it was just full of spammers and bots.

 

Privately hosted servers with IRC channels for car guys own.

 

yeah, and can you imagine all of us in a room trying to talk at the same time...
