94 civic 4 door no spark no fuel
Alright I'll do my best to list off what I have done just as much as I have tried to search and source out this problem
94 civic
-lsV was pulled and running
-new distributor
- new ecu with chip (tested in my daily del sol)
- tested main relay in daily along with used the current working one in my daily
- all the fuses check out to be working
- cranks but no FP or spark (but power at dizzy)
-power at dizzy
-brand new rywire engine harness
-fuel pump is an inline walbro fuel pump (stand alone power and ground setup)
-stock fuel pump ground is grounded
-triple checked all my grounds and connectors for my ground(all brand new)
Does the stock fuel pump power wire need to see a signal?
And I missing some sort of ground in order for my setup to work properly?
I have tried multiple things that I have read with forums and I can't seem to find the culprit. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks h-t

Convince me you know the location of fuse 24.
In the meantime, do this test:
Turn key to ON(II).
Unplug main relay.
Measure voltage to body ground at terminal 5 (Blk/Yel wire) in the unplugged connector.
What is the reading?

1&7 jumped fuel pump turns on is good, 5&7 jump with the ignition switch on (II) the fuel pump should be on also assuming there is voltage coming in at pin 5 on the main relay connector. if you do NOt have power on pin 5 at the main relay connector then you have a short somewhere or a bad/wrong ignition switch on it. Without pin 5 not triggering your fuel pump on when 5&7 jump then it would not trigger your ecu to turn on, when the ecu is not on then you wont get any spark and fuel pump signal.
