Default 310cc saturated on p28 H23 vtec

I installed 310cc saturated after the previous 345cc peak & hold gone bad. Now my engine hesitates even when applying light acceleration, and misfires when i press more.

Is my engine running lean or there is a learning process for the ecu?... i did not touch the resistor box, do i need to cancel it?

I went with the 310cc coz i could not find the same size and type injectors.. also given that later models used 290cc saturated

Pls guide me, thanks

If you have a resistor box then you are currently in the process of ruining your ecu with those saturated injectors.

Those injectors will work like crap with a lower resistance. You have to remove the resistor box and run the saturated injectors with full power.

Saturated injectors with a resistor box will probably not burn up your ECU drivers. It's when you try and drive low impedance injectors with a stock ECU and no resistor box. That is when you will most likely end up burning up the drivers on the ECU.

Ok. And as per my search, to remove the resistor box, I will simply unplug and solder the 4 red/blk wires + the yellow/blk wire altogether.

Looking forward to see the result. Thanks a lot!
