96 civic headlights
I recently bought the car and the headlights are "stuck" on high. However they are on regular low beams, how do I get them to aim more downward? If that makes sense? lol
Before you go adjusting anything, look inside the headlight. You should see a dome-shaped reflector in there. If you don't, the previous owner is a ******* idiot, and it's time to replace the headlights. If you aren't sure what to look for, post a picture taken straight into your headlight, with the lights off.

From: TRILLINOIS....WAY downtown, jerky.
The bulb may not be clocked correctly. People can't do it right, so they just shove them in there and call it good.
A lack of casper shielding wouldn't aim the headlights up....but would scatter the light more and cause more glare in the center of the light. JDM CTR lights don't have casper shields....but they still make a normal beam pattern.
My bet is that the bulb isn't installed correctly. Or some sharmoota hacked the wiring.
