Fenders rolled?
Alright. Long story short. I was swapping rims a few months ago and noticed this small dent on my passenger fender after I lowered the car back on the ground. A buddy told me that my fenders were rolled and it just "popped out".
Honestly, I have seen a few people "roll their fenders", ghetto way I must admit. I'm assuming the purpose is for low offset wheels? Camber? Toe?
Anyway, I tried to pop out the dent and it doesn't work. Should I get the fender rolled again? Take it to a shop and have them pop it out? A bit hard to take a picture to really show it.

Haha. Thanks for the comments gentleman.
However, I'm NOT saying I'm doing it the ghetto way. I should have elaborated.
My questions are, what is the point of fender rolling? Does it pop out like that like a buddy told me? How much does one fender typically cost? How does one know if a fender has been rolled?
Sorry if these are dumb questions, I just really don't know much about it.
Thanks in advance.

Typically, you roll the fenders to get a wider wheel/tire in there with minimal to no tire/wheel rubbing. Usually, you can fell the inside of the fender. If the lip inside the fender isnt pointing to the tires, and is up against the fender itself, then they've been rolled. From the pictures, they dont appear to have been rolled to the point of disfiguring the fender. So its probably an easy fix. Hope I didnt confuse you too much.
