Question about this 'welding job'
Just got a 2001 Honda Accord Coupe.. Having a bit of wobbling issues from the passenger rear and found this in the back on the sway bar...
Versus this on the driver rear..

Would appreciate some feedback, what needs to be replaced and if it is even safe to drive atm. Thanks!

Hard to tell from the pics but it does look suspect. Car may have been involved in an accident to cause that kind of damage, would definitely want to take a close look at the entire rear suspension.
I agree the sway bar mounting shouldn't cause a wobble since it mostly prevent body roll but if the bracket that rear suspension link mounts to is structurally compromised it could most definitely cause an issue

Looks like one of the previous owners ran a stiffer swaybar and the bracket the swaybar mounts to, tore out/way from the chassis.
