I was working on a 1998 Accord EX Coupe V6 today and a metal block was lodged near the serpentine belt idler pulley. I'm not sure if it fell off some part of the car or if it came up from the road.

It is a solid block of metal with plastic around the middle, pretty heavy for its size.
