gsr swap wont start pls help!!!

gsr swap valves very noisy after adjustment
I adjusted my valves before swapping in my engine. Went to start it up and is very noisy. Could i have adjusted them wrong or could it be my lma's? Do they go bad after while? The motor did sit for a while.
