While driving my 2002 Accord the radio suddenly shut off and the SRS light came on at the same time as the maintenance light. And less than 30 seconds later, the radio came back on and both of those lights shut off. That kept occurring every 2-3 minutes. I have no idea what could be happening. As for the maintenance light, I am not due for an oil change for another 2000 miles. Any ideas??

 

sounds electrical. However, go to advance auto or autozone and get the OBD2 scanned for any errors with their free service. That could give you a starting point.

I am leaning toward a bad main relay? common to go on the fritz sometimes.
