need help with fuse box battery and harness ground

need help with fuse box battery and harness ground
Ive relocated my battery to the trunk and my fuse box in glove box do i have connect negative battery cable to fuse box for ground or can i connect it to chasis of car and my wire harness ground from driver side is to short from fuse box .. can i just bolt that down to the firewall or something please need help
