Default Urgent! need help please. Pulling ulev vtec tomorrow to replace non-vtec.

I am pulling a f23a4 ulev vtec TOMORROW, for a 99 accord that I bought for my mom with a non-vtec f23a5, that needs to be rebuilt. It was left in the rain for a couple months and it's cheaper just to get a different engine from the junk yard.

I really need a list of all the parts I need to pull. I'm surfing similar threads right now. Any help is greatly appreciated!

My parts list so far is:
Money
Engine
ECU
Intake/exhaust manifolds. (or can I use my a5 manis?)
Wiring harness(or can I use my old one?)
Map(will I need that?)
Vacuum control box
Distributor/Ig coil
Possibly engine mounts(?)
Possible Radiator
Oxygen sensors(both)

Will I need the fuel pump?

I'm guessing the A5 was pulled to be rebuilt but was ruined by rain. And now he is going to pull an A4 to replace the A5 as it would be easier/cheaper than rebuilding the rusted(?) or waterlogged A5.

IOTW, what does he need to replace the A5 with the A4.

I would take everything from before the catalyst, to after the airbox.
Or you could go through majestic hondas parts diagrams and look for where the same and different part numbers are, that would most likely be the better way to figure out what can/cannot be reused.

Pretty sure the 98-02s were just like 90-97s which were all Speed Density systems. No MAF sensor.

If it's attached to the engine directly, take it.

IIRC the A4 is similar to the A1, but the A5 is the base model non VTEC 2.3.
This is going to be a bit more involved than a simple engine replacement.

Thank you very much I will be going to Majestic Honda. I just picked up the car the parts are in the trunk. I'm used to preludes, and fjords.
I just photographed and measured everything. Yes the engine was pulled and left outside. I think I can rebuild it in a few weeks or months if I take my time.

Oh I see now. Yeah you know what those are fairly different engines from what I remember. I'm not even certain the manifolds will swap over. You will need the ulev ecu, especially if you're in CA.
