jackson M45 pulley keyway

Has anyone ever rebuild a snout on the M45 supercharger. If so does the keyway that lines the pulley come out. I have tried vice grips and it's still stuck.

the keyway should tap out end on
its just a square block ""not half moon like a cam shaft keyway""
