Default welding machines

i want to get in to fab work i just finished for welding what are some welding machines to invest in that don't require a new breaker box i rent so i can't do this

look for MIG welders that work on 110v. A unit that works with flux core wire but readily accepts a gas kit upgrade if you get more serious and/or experienced.

I went this route about a year ago. I got the best one I could find in my price range- a Northern Industrial 140i from Northern Tool- and haven't had any regrets. I'm sure there are other similar units out there too.
