Hi everyone, new to the honda world. Owned nissans and one luxury car but needed to find a good cheap daily. Picked up a decent condition civic, runs great with 240K, amazing gas mileage, and all the windows including sunroof, power locks work.

BUT there was a few things wrong. Blower Motor ($20 on its way), Spare tire cover, The driver door was broken into at some point and I'm not sure what is needed to make it fixed. I think the trim and window seal? Anyone familiar with this and know what to do? I think just the trim and window seal?
