My Black 2000 CRV - ZZzzzz...
Just a quick blurb on here about my CRV. I'm going to be tapping you guys for some info, here and there. You've all been so informative so far, but I still need more help going forward.
This is my daily driver, I do about 1400miles/2300km every 2 weeks.
She's swapped: we sent a B20B block and B16A head off to a machine shop, got her bored, cleaned up, and built ready for a whole bunch of driving.
B20B bottom, bored 50 over.
B16A4 head, shaved slightly.
OEM style guides, springs, valves.
ARP head studs, crank/rod bolts.
Helicoiled almost the entire engine.
TypeR style compression pistons & rods.
TypeR flywheel, shaved to 14lbs.
TypeR cams.
Exeddy Stage 1 clutch package.
RDX injectors.
PLM Tri-Y Big Tube headers.
Punched kitty.
Magnaflow 22" muffler.
2.5" from the collector, side piped exhaust.
Walbro fuel pump.
PRM velocity stack CAI.
Hacked ECU.
Sitting on 2013 Honda Civic Si wheels, 235/50R17 Falcon ZE950 tires.
Factory B16A4 intake plenum and throttle body.
Ended up making 194whp, forgot the torque rating, I lost the dyno sheet...
40psi of oil pressure on Japanese 5w30 synthetic, at idle.
Approx. 210psi across all cylinders.
She runs real nice
The guys did an excellent job! I might be forgetting other stuff, but that's the basics.
Currently working on my suspension, then I will be going back under the hood to fight my transmission.
The way she looks today.

I need a new pic of under the hood, with the new headers and all of my audio stuff removed. Here's an old one, from when I first got it swapped.

My entire exhaust system.

The reason why it was off.

First day after the tune.

I will be posting more progress as I go, hope you enjoyed

Nice. I know after just a month of driving my B20V in my 99 V, it started to feel slow for me. Hope you don't have the same effects. I'm in the process of building another motor and piecing together a turbo kit.
But yeah, I'm on the same path as you. I want to tackle the suspension, get an LSD and longer 5th gear in there, and then I'm definitely going boost.
Havn't done an update in a while...
Did some under the hood plastidipping, will likely end up going grey with the small cover. Matched the valve cover to the valve vent hose and the washer fluid cap.
Before, and afters:

Exterior, before and afters:

And I installed a Hasport Performance engine mount, street spec, from a 96-00 Civic.

Pulled out my Avid torque mounts, selling them online.

Also, today...
After installing the rear mount, I had some play issues in the transmission side mount. So, off I went, another Hasport motor mount. Part# EKRH
This one went in with ease, came with a few extra bolts, and tighten everything up, very nicely! Very very minor vibrations noticed, but a helluva lot better than the stock mounts with Avid up front.
