Default Civic '98 spark shows only once when cranking

I have a problem with Civic '98, ignition coil and igniter replaced but problem is that spark comes out only once when I am cranking it.
So I am cranking it, spark shows once, still cranking but spark is not there anymore.. I dont know how to explain it better, hope you got it

Holy crap, I've posted this three times in one day. Basic diagnostics, people - search and read before creating threads.

Ye but problem is that spark pulses only once when cranking so probably its not problem with wires. May it be something with ECM?

Just tested yellow/green to ground and it have continuity but shouldnt have as it says in pic you provided, also when I disconnect yellow/black from ICM spark is pulsing but too weak. Also looks like injectors are not opening as spark plugs are dry after cranking.
