I purchased a JDM H22a which came with everything but a starter. I've tried about four different starters from a 92SI to a 97VTEC to fit this unit. I've had no luck. I also contacted 20+ speed shops and again no dice. My Tranny number reads M2B4 which is the LSD, but I know the M2A4 will have a compliant starter (non-LSD unit).

If you own an H22a and have tranny number M2A4 or M2B4 could you please look at the Mitsuba number on your starter and shoot it over to me?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

Wierd, I'm using the starter from my F22A on my M2B4 and it works perfectly.. they should all be the same starter.

I do but it's at home and I'm at work.. I can hopefully hook you up when I get home, but that'll be around 16:30 mountain time..
