Problem with either the interlock or the starter barrel, how can I check which is which? I have owned 4 Hondas, all standard transmission, and although I have moved the steering wheel to unlock, now, the key goes in, but the steering wheel won't budge... neither does the key! Quite annoying considering that I am a Honda user since 1977!

Is there some sort of a "kill-switch", for the inter-lock system. If so, it does not show in the user manual? Help again PLEASE?
