Default Dash board "Brake" light lit up on Odyssey

I just purchased a 2002 Ody with 132k miles on it. Everything seems to be in tip top condition and just brought it to a mechanic for a tune up. (T-belt, coolent flush and a tranny flush).

But the "Brake" light on the dash is acting up. At first it was just blinking off and on for about few days. Then days later it didn't lit up at all until one morning I start the car and it constantly stayed on. If I hit the parking brake it will glow brighter, releasing it will just make it dimmer.

I've searched some threads in regards to this light and there are a few things I have tested.

Most mention the brake fluid cap. The cap has been switch to a working cap from another car. Fluid is clean and flushed by the mechanic along with rear brake and rotors replacement; front brake are at 90%.

I've checked and replaced the 2 brake bulbs except the top one.(as other posted that won't trigger the light if it goes out)

I've also checked the parking brake and along with the switch. Those are good connection.

A post mentioned the rear brake sensor. I've went in and check the condition, looks good and not loose. I didn't have a voltage meter with me so I didn't test the voltage.

But before I went back there and pry off the panels again, what else I should check?

Seems to me some connection went bad to worst (expand?) as the weather got warmer.

Could this brake light also disable the cruise control? Does anyone have the wiring diagram for this brake light error setup?
