Neptune RTP datalog. Looking lean, need help.

I had my car dyno tuned, but not street tuned the best. How can I post my datalog for others to view it? I'm seeing 14-15s when driving! Whats the best way to adjust properly? 1% at a time? 5%?

14-15s while cruising is normal.

you can post a screen shot of your datalog
