Need help with motor swap
Whats up guys, I was just wondering if someone could help or knows of someone that could help or point me in the direction of a shop that could help. I live in the st louis area and I know a better place to start would be local forum but the stlhondas forum is down or something and i asked some others forums to help but no reply. I had a buddy of mine that was doing my swap for me, 91 civic si hatch but now he is nowhere to be found and i cannot get a hold of him, its been almost 2 years since we started this and I do not want to drag it out any more. Basically the motor is out of the car and I have some performance mods that need to go in and the wiring and basically put it back together. Let me know if you guys know anyone or anything.
do it youself. This swap has been done thousands of times and there is TONS of information on the net on how to do it. I finished my first motor swap this weekend and also did Auto>5speed and DPFI>MPFI all at once. Dont be scared, start researching the swap and learn what needs to be done. You can do it.

Its really not difficult to do.
Same here my,1990 just got retired to a parts car since a got a minty 89 with a blown auto so I'm swapping for my 5 speed ditching the power steering. And I'm trying to figure out what the difference would be if I converted to mpfi.
My biggest problem is the wiring, the car is completely stripped of every single wire, harness and all that good stuff. Thats the part where i would get lost
