Default ecu, fuel pump relay and other trouble

Ok first let me apologize if this is in the wrong section. I'm new to this and I need to start somewhere........ok with that being said I am having issues with my 1990 Integra Gs. Sometimes its starts and others not even close. I have replaced my main fuel pump relay, I have replace my intake gasket and seals, I have a new battery. Ok sometimes as soon as I turn key I hear the relay prime fuel pump then second click it stops, but the check engine light still stays on and as soon as I turn the key the relay starts clicking again extremely fast as if there isn't enough voltage. I have checked for voltage at "dizzy" (lol new term for me) and I do get voltage, I've replaced spark plugs and I seem to get spark bc every now and then ill hear it almost start. his car does have issues , I paid 500 for it. Wouldn't crank start or nothing and so I started checking **** and the main wire to dizzy wasn't fully seated, I plug it in and bam it started up, but at that moment I thas the mfprelay and had already replaced it. I put old one back in and still ran. Then couple days later it started running rough and started choking and then started to backfire, it backfired so bad it open up the muffler that was on it.. I could still drive it asking as long as I didn't gun the motor to where it hit roughly 2300 rpms
